Born in the Crestside of North Vallejo, CA, Shaadie became a UC Berkeley scholar-athlete, founder of MAC LIFE LLC. and MAC LIFE Community (501c3), TEDx speaker, ABC 4 Utah TV host, and Entertainment Director for city-scale events up and down California to Utah.
From hosting NBA All-Star Weekend's in Salt Lake City and San Francisco to directing 707 Week in Vallejo, from MC-ing before thousands to consulting for California Forever and the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, Shaadie doesn't attend events; He builds the systems behind them.
MAC LIFE isn't a solo act. It's a founder, a coach, and a working performer: three verified track records covering entertainment, youth athletics, and performance arts, all operating under one roof. Click any card to see the full story.
Founder of MAC LIFE LLC and MAC LIFE Community (501(c)(3)), Shaadie operates fluently across live event production, MC hosting, brand strategy, and community programming. A former multi-sport athlete who signed the first full track and field scholarship from Sheldon High School to UC Berkeley, he carries an athlete's discipline into everything he builds.
On stage: NBA All-Star Weekend host (2023 & 2025), TEDxSaltLakeCity speaker, TV host and field producer for "A Shot with Shaadie" on ABC 4 Utah, Entertainment Director for 707 Week Vallejo, resident MC for the Unity Block Party (5,000+ annual attendees).
Off stage: Entertainment Consultant to California Forever, Booking Agent & Entertainment Director for the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, and the architect of the MAC LIFE Entertainment Business Academy currently in development with Vallejo City Unified School District.
Brandon "KB" Henry Sr. is a Northern California community figure, athlete, and football coach whose story begins in the same neighborhoods and schools MAC LIFE was built to serve. A Vallejo native and Jesse Bethel High School alumnus, KB made program history as a Jaguar varsity player in November 2002, securing the onside kick recovery that sealed the first postseason football playoff victory in school history.
Coaching record: Built the Vallejo Titans youth football program from the ground up, then moved into the high school ranks as Head JV Coach at American Canyon High School under Varsity HC Marcellus Holmes, where his JV squad has averaged 300+ rushing yards per game and posted a 3.1 team GPA under his leadership.
Role at MAC LIFE: Designs and leads paid youth football clinics and skills camps, delivers coaching methodology workshops for regional youth league coaches, and builds the mentorship pipeline tying athletic development to academic accountability. His credibility as an active, verifiable community coach is what makes MAC LIFE's youth programming real instead of theoretical.
Kiirt Banks is a professionally trained theater actor, singer-songwriter, and recording artist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. An original member of MAC LIFE since its founding, Kiirt serves as the organization's Treasurer and Director of Performance Arts and Music Development, bringing a rare combination of stage credibility, vocal mastery, and financial stewardship to the team.
On stage: Represented by the McCarty Talent Agency, with principal and lead roles including Coalhouse Walker Jr. in Ragtime (2025) and Agwe in Once on This Island (2026), plus ensemble and principal work in Dreamgirls, Of Mice and Men, and To Kill a Mockingbird. An active member of the Unity Gospel Choir since 2016.
Role at MAC LIFE: Leads youth and adult performance arts workshops, theater technique and audition-prep clinics, and vocal coaching sessions for individual and small-group learners, plus studio recording workshops that introduce youth to producing and releasing original music. His mission: create access points for the next generation of performers who haven't yet had a professional stage to stand on.

Shop MAC LIFE MerchEvery city has produced entertainers, artists, and media professionals who go on to work with major labels, national networks, and internationally recognized talent. What most communities still lack is a structured, in-school pathway that teaches youth how the entertainment business actually works, from the stage to the studio to the boardroom.
The MAC LIFE Entertainment Business Academy is a course-based, after-school program that teaches students the full pipeline of the entertainment industry: performance, production, and the business skills that turn talent into a career. It is built and led by a working entertainment professional with a decade of industry credentials and an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit infrastructure built for exactly this kind of partnership.
A pilot semester anchored by a partner school or organization's own students, with a shared goal of transitioning to an ongoing paid partnership once outcomes are demonstrated. The program is designed to plug into a single campus first, then expand district-wide, or across additional sites and grade bands, once the format is proven. This proposal is open to any school, district, youth organization, or educational entity ready to bring real industry experience into the classroom.

For students, it means real access to working professionals and transferable business skills instead of theory alone. For a school or district, it means a distinctive, high-interest program with a no-cost or low-cost pilot entry point, backed by an existing 501(c)(3) structure that can open doors to grant funding a typical vendor relationship cannot. For the wider community, it means a homegrown pipeline of trained young talent.

Shaadie's easy charisma is probably what draws most people's attention, but my favorite thing about him is his humility. The man has style and presence that immediately capture the attention of a crowd; he confidently delivers his material with a twinkle in his eye. Shaadie is remarkably coachable, accepting feedback with grace while remaining true to himself. He can be trusted to work independently and never misses a deadline.
"We increase attendance, engagement, and energy at your venue or event."
